Refunds & Returns Policy — AmoíMé Organics

At AmoíMé Organics, each product is handcrafted in small batches using luxury organic botanicals. Because our formulations are natural and hygiene-sensitive, we follow strict return and refund guidelines in line with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns in the following situations:

✔ Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

✔ Unopened and unused products

Returns may be accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

❌ We cannot accept change-of-mind returns

Once an order has been dispatched, change-of-mind returns are not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days at hello@amoime.com.au and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will organise either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund (including reasonable return shipping where applicable)

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions.

  • A downloadable shipping label is available for a flat return fee of AUD $10, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
