  • Our oils are crafted with pure botanicals; however, results may vary by individual.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change without notice.

  • We accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within Australia (and internationally where stated on our website).

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. In summary:

  • Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, or where items are damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the error is ours.
