  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (optional at checkout)

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected regions.

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and customs processes.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
